Supplemental Benefits Reimbursement (Form SBR)

Volunteer fire relief associations with supplemental benefit reimbursement (SBR) claims must submit Form SBR, Supplemental Benefits for Volunteer Firefighters, to the Minnesota Department of Revenue. The submission deadline is February 15 (February 17 this year).
